The only company contracted by APWA for hotel room reservations is Maritz, APWA’s designated Housing Bureau. If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation before July 28, call Customer Service at (864) 342-6325. If you need to make changes after July 28, call the hotel you’re booked at directly.
Yes. Substitutions are accepted with written notice. The new attendee must submit a registration form, and fees may be adjusted based on membership status. Please email pwx@apwa.org for assistance.
Refunds are available until August 2, minus a $150 fee. Exceptional circumstances may qualify for a full refund. Please email cancelations@apwa.org.
If you are registered for the full conference, you will receive lunch tickets for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If you are registered for a one-day pass on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, you will also receive a lunch ticket for that day.
Registration will be in the lobby of the George R. Brown Convention Center. Registration will be open during the following hours.

Full registration includes access to the exhibit hall, education sessions, Sunday Get Acquainted Party, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Monday Awards and Recognition Ceremony, downloadable recordings of education sessions, CEUs, and lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for use in the exhibit hall.

Yes. Expo-Only passes are available for $50 and include exhibit floor access only.
Guest refers to a significant other, spouse, or personal friend, not a business associate or staff colleague. Guest/Spouse registration includes: entrance into the exhibit hall, education sessions, Sunday Get Acquainted Party, Monday National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Monday Awards and Recognition Ceremony, lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for use in the exhibit hall. Yes, feel free to log back in to your registration via confirmation email and add another ticket for $125. A ticket is already included in Full Conference, Sunday one day, and Guest registrations.

We have four technical tours available on Wednesday. These are reserved for Full Conference or Wednesday one days.
APWA’s education sessions, workshops, Technical Learning Tours, and exhibit showcase presentations are eligible for CEU credit. Your registration covers the processing fee. General sessions are not eligible for CEU credit.
Pro tip: If learning objectives are listed for the session, CEUs will be awarded.
APWA uses an electronic system called RFID to track attendance at education sessions. The PWX name badge code contains identifying information specific to each person. To obtain CEUs for the sessions you attend, you must wear your badge and enter and exit the session via the designated door. Your badge will automatically be scanned upon entry/exit. A timestamp for arrival and departure will be logged. You must attend the entire session or workshop to be eligible to receive CEU credits.
