The Young Professionals Committee will host an open discussion on ways in which professionals can identify talent, create meaningful succession planning, and develop a culture that bridges generational gaps for sustained success. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from and discuss with others in the industry who are passionate about the development of young professionals within public works.
At the conclusion of this session participants will be better able to:
• Discuss the consistently evolving public works profession operating with a multigenerational workforce.
• Identify how other organizations find leaders internally and work to create impactful succession planning.
• Create a culture that promotes and maintains employees that are invested in their organization.
