The House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance is inviting Canadians to participate in its annual pre-budget consultations process. The Committee intends to table a report on these consultations in the House of Commons prior to its adjournment in December 2023. CPWA will be preparing a submission.
“The House Finance Committee’s pre-budget consultations provide Canadians with a great opportunity to convey their priorities for the government’s forthcoming budget,” said Mr. Peter Fonseca, MP for Mississauga East—Cooksville and Chair of the Finance Committee. “I am sure that Canadians will once again share their views in large numbers this year. I am always impressed by the breadth and quality of proposals that are brought to our attention and I look forward to learning about them.”
