The plan is a response to Executive Order 13985, “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government”;
DOT is specifically seeking input about the order’s impact on communities and organizations, guidance on performance metrics, and tools to measure the department’s ability to advance transportation equity.
