11:00am-Noon What to Look for in a Fleet Management System A review from experienced users of what you should be taking into consideration when choosing the best Fleet Management System for your organization’s needs. Among the topics covered will be: – what to put in the RFP -where is the system hosted and is there 24 hour phone support -what to be aware of when reviewing the contract -what are the initial costs and maintenance fees -what is necessary for implementation and what type of training is provided -what systems does it integrate with – ease of data access and dashboard utility – what are the work order tracking features and are they a fit for your organization -how often are system updates provided and what resources (budget and staff) are needed to implement an upgrade.
