This session is not going to be about just “another day in the shop.” Each day is an opportunity to evaluate and improve the operations and image of your staff and facility. How you represent yourself and your municipality, the way you communicate with customers and other departments, and your body language will determine how you are remembered.

Learning Objectives:

1.     Represent – Appearance is more than just being uniform; how you represent yourself and your municipality will determine how you are remembered.

2.     Organize – Providing your staff with a clean, organized, well lit, state-of-the-art facility and equipment will enable them to be more productive and efficient.

3.     Educate – By requiring certifications and training of staff, you are not only increasing their knowledge, but also adding value to your shop.
